Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 and 28 February 2023 (“First Announcement”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the First Announcement.)

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 November 2023 released its requisite announcement in relation to its regularisation plan. The Company is in the midst of preparing applications in relation to the proposed regularisation plan and has approximately three (3) months to submit the application to Bursa Securities for approval to implement the same.
