Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 28 November 2023 in relation to the Non-Reappointment of Auditors. 

The Board of Directors of Cheetah wishes to announce that Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT [201304000972 (LLP0000963-LCA & AF002096)], having consented to act, had been appointed as the new Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. BDO PLT with effect from 28 November 2023.
