The Board of Directors of Cheetah (Board) wishes to announce that the Company's existing Auditors, Messrs. BDO PLT [201906000013 (LLP0018825-LCA) & AF 0206] (BDO) had on 16 October 2023 notified that they would retire at the forthcoming annual general meeting and did not wish to seek re-appointment as Auditors of the Company.
The retirement is on voluntary basis and the Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders.
The Company has identified a suitable audit firm and the Company will make further announcement in due course.
