The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change in the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024. Following the change in financial year end, the next audited financial statements of the Company shall made up for a period of 18 months from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 30 June annually. The rationale is to refocus on the enlarged Group's business plan and corporate exercise planning.
