We refer to the announcements dated 20 July 2023 and 26 July 2023 in relation to the Proposed Debt Settlement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company has sought to withdraw the additional listing application for the Proposed Debt Settlement (“ALA”) which was submitted to Bursa Securities on 26 July 2023 in order for the Company to update the information in the ALA and to re-submit to Bursa Securities in due course.
