Further to the announcement dated 30 October 2023 in relation to the resignation of auditors.

The Board of Directors of TASCO Berhad ("Company") (“Board”) wishes to announce that with the receipt of the letter of consent to act from RSM Malaysia PLT ("RSM Malaysia") dated 14 November 2023, the appointment of RSM Malaysia as the new Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy created by the out-going auditors will be effective from 20 November 2023.
