Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 17 November 2023 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

Further to the full text of the announcement attached in the earlier announcement, kindly be informed that paragraph 6.2(III) contained a typographical error (highlighted below) whereby the purchase consideration should read as follows :-

6.2(III). MTTSB

The Purchase Consideration shall be paid as follows:

a. a sum equivalent to Twenty Per Centum (20%) of the Purchase Consideration which is RM20,000.00 only by way of cash as refundable deposit and part payment of Purchase Consideration to be paid to the Vendor upon execution of the SSA; and

b. the balance sum equivalent to Eighty Per Centum (80%) of the Purchase Consideration which is RM80,000.00 only by way of cash to be paid according to the manners as stated in Section 6.3.
