Further to the announcement dated 3 October 2023, the following has transpired during the Case Management today:- The Plaintiff's Solicitors has updated the Court that they have yet to receive any response from their client on the translated documents for purposes of including the same in the Common Bundle of Documents. The Court has fixed the matter for case management on 6 December 2023 for parties to update the Court on the status of the Common Bundle of Documents and for the Defendant to file their list of witnesses.
