We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000.00 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SLVEST by way of market making. The SLVEST-CG is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SLVEST-CG is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The SLVEST-CG is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023. The salient terms of the SLVEST-CG are set out in the attachment.
