The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that following the resignation of Datuk Syed Izuan Bin Syed Kamarulbahrin as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 3 November 2023, he also ceased to be a member of the Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") Committee. Therefore, the composition of the ESOS Committee has changed as follows:
