We refer to our announcement dated 5 October 2023 on the proposed appointment of PCCO PLT as the Auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries (“Group”) for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that the Group had received the written consent to act as Auditors of the Group from PCCO PLT. Accordingly, PCCO PLT had been appointed as the Auditors of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
