The Board of Directors of FITTERS wishes to announce that Master Pyrodor Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FITTERS had on 26 October 2023 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with Cameron Highlands Floriculture Sdn. Bhd. to dispose a piece of freehold land measuring approximately 8.05 hectares in area and held under Individual Title Geran 34685, Lot 5585, in Mukim of Ulu Telom, District of Cameron Highlands, in the State of Pahang (formerly known as H.S.(D) 3850, PT 2279 in Mukim of Ulu Tenom, District of Cameron Highlands, in the State of Pahang) at a consideration of RM15,000,000.00 only upon the terms and subject to the conditions in the Agreement.
