We wish to announce that MYEG-HJ has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 25 October 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of MYEG-HJ x (Exercise Price - Closing Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MYEG-HJ x (RM0.7800 - RM0.7910) x (1/2)
= Number of MYEG-HJ x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.7910 was determined based on the average closing price of MYEG Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MYEG-HJ will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to MYEG-HJ shall terminate absolutely.
