| Outcome of Meeting | Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that all Ordinary Resolutions set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 9 October were duly approved by the shareholders at the EGM held today, 24 October 2023.
The Ordinary Resolutions were voted by poll and the results were validated by KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
