Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 7 April 2022, 11 April 2022, 13 June 2022, 11 October 2022 and 20 October 2022 in relation to conducting an independent forensic investigation on transactions pertaining Caely (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that Virdos Lima Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd has issued the investigation report on 23 October 2023.
The Company is currently seeking legal advice on the above matter.
