Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 17 December 2021, 7 January 2022, 9 February 2022, 9 March 2022,15 July 2022, 9 February 2023, 5 April 2023, 14 June 2023 and 15 August 2023 in relation to the Civil Suit No. BA-23NCVC-24-04/2021 Zeti Ismrizan Binti Isa & 5 Ors vs. Spring Energy Sdn Bhd (“Suit 24”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of Advancecon wishes to update that the Hearing for the Third parties’ striking out application that was initially fixed on 12 October 2023 has been rescheduled to 6 December 2023.
