Further to the announcement on 5 October 2023, the Board of Directors of Infomina wishes to announce the following additional information：

DETAILS OF SSA

Under the terms of the SSA, there was no option for renewal of the Period of the SSA. However, any renewal of the SSA in the future will be subject to the terms and conditions to be negotiated between Infomina TH and BBL closer to the expiration Period of the SSA.
