Further to the announcement dated 30 August 2023, the following has transpired during the Case Management today:-

The Plaintiff's Solicitors has updated the Court that they are currently awaiting translated documents from their client for purposes of including the same in the Common Bundle of Documents. 

The Court has fixed the matter for case management on 6 November 2023 for parties to update the Court on the status.

In the meantime, the Court has vacated the trial dates previously fixed on 15 January 2024 and 16 January 2024 to make way for another case and 25 January 2024 as it is a public holiday. The trial dates on 17 January 2024, 18 January 2024, 22 January 2024, 23 January 2024 and 24 January 2024 remain unchanged.
