Ding Lien Bing ("Ding") has fulfilled the objective of assisting the management in streamlining the business for post-pandemic recovery. Owing to time constraint arising from his other ongoing personal commitments, he is resigning as the Executive Chairman. However, Ding will continue to play a role as an advisor to the management of the Company.
The Executive Chairman position will then be assumed by Dang Tai Luk, the founder of the Company, who will in turn relinquish his current position as the Group Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") for which will be taken over by Dang Tai Wen who is currently the Deputy Group CEO.
The composition of the Board of Directors of Mynews Holdings Berhad, with effect from 30 September 2023, is as follows:
