The Board of Directors of Sedania Innovator Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company received a letter dated 21 September 2023 from the solicitors acting for Karine Low and Tan Kien Yeow (collectively, referred to as the "Plaintiffs"), accompanied by a Court Order dated 30 August 2023 (Originating Summons No.: WA-24NCC(ARB)-18-06/2023) by the Kuala Lumpur High Court of Malaya (“Court Order”).
