We refer to the announcement made on 13 June 2023 and 26 June 2023 in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, SJ Securities wishes to announce that the Company had sought the approval of Bursa Securities for the exemptions from having to extend the Exit Offer and the Appointment of IA pursuant to Rules 8.06(1)(c) and 8.06(1)(d) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements, respectively (“Exemption Application”). Pursuant thereto, Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 20 September 2023, resolved to approve the Exemption Application subject to the condition that the Minority Shareholders’ Undertaking Letters remain valid and binding until the completion of the Proposed Withdrawal. This announcement is dated 20 September 2023.
