The Board of Directors of MGB (“Board”) wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Private Placement which was completed on 30 September 2021. The total proceeds raised from the Private Placement was RM22.7 million as of 31 July 2023.
