We refer to the announcements dated 21 August 2023 and 22 August 2023 in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 6 September 2023, approved the Proposed Share Consolidation comprising the listing and quotation of:

(i) up to 458,862,971 Consolidated Shares;
(ii) up to 61,177,475 Consolidated Warrants A; and
(iii) up to 91,773,576 Consolidated Warrants B. 

JOE and TA Securities are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 6.56(2)(ii) and (iii) and Paragraph 13.20(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
