We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 28 January 2022 (“First Announcement”) and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company being classified as a PN17 Issuer pursuant to PN17 of the MMLR (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 30 August 2023 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had decided to: (i) dismiss the Appeal and Revised 2nd EOT Application; and (ii) de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 8.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities; In that circumstances, the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of two (2) market days from the date thereof, i.e. on 4 September 2023 (“Decisions”), the Company is appealing against Bursa  Malaysia’s Decisions.
