Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 April 2023, 12 June 2023, 26 July 2023, 27 July 2023, 10 August 2023 and 24 August 2023 (“Announcements”), the notice to shareholders dated 27 July 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Notice”) as well as the circular to shareholders dated 15 May 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements, Notice and Circular.
