Further to the announcement dated 21 July 2022, 5 December 2022 and 16 February 2023 regarding the Proposed New Plant Construction, the Board wishes to announce that JC had vide a letter (“Extension Letter”) dated 25 August 2023 to Honfuak agreed to grant an extension of time for the completion of Proposed New Plant Construction. The new estimated completion date shall be on or before 30 June 2024.
