The Board of Directors of Pasukhas wishes to announce that Pasukhas Sdn. Bhd. (PSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 August 2023 accepted the Contract Variation Order (VO) to Letter of Award dated 26 May 2022 with Exyte Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (EMSB) with a contract sum of RM8,186,141.38 (Ringgit Malaysia Eight Million One Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand One Hundred Forty-One and Sen Thirty-Eight Only).
