We refer to the announcement dated 14 August 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd has been appointed to act as an Independent Adviser to advise and make recommendations for the consideration of the shareholders of CRG in connection with the Proposals as well as the fairness and reasonableness of the Proposed Exit Offer in accordance with Rule 8.06(1) of the LEAP LR and paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
