Second annual coupon payment of 0.10% per annum (less any applicable Malaysian Tax which is required to be deducted or withheld) for RM0.04 nominal value Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") for the period from 07 Sep 2022 to 06 Sep 2023

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Coupon” as from: 22 Aug 2023
2)  The last date of lodgment : 23 Aug 2023
3)  Date Payable : 06 Sep 2023

Remarks :

ICULS holders who submit their ICULS Conversion Notices to the Company's Registrar, Aldpro Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. on or before 17 August 2023 will not be entitled to the coupon payment.

Non-resident ICULS holders will be subjected to withholding tax.
