The Closing Price of RM0.7482 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MYEG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MYEG-C4F's Exercise Price of RM0.90, holders of MYEG-C4F will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MYEG-C4F will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MYEG-C4F shall terminate absolutely.
