TOPBLDS - RESUMPTION OF TRADING

Further to Listing Circular No. ILC-01112022-00004 and the Company’s announcement dated 31 July 2023, kindly be advised that the trading in the above Company’s securities will resume with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 1 August 2023.
Notwithstanding the above, we wish to draw your attention to the Listing Circular No. ILC-27072023-0010 with regard to the suspension and delisting of the securities of TOPBLDS pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(3)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, whereby it was informed that the trading in the securities of TOPBLDS will be suspended with effect from 4 August 2023.
