The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the ESOS of KOTRA which had been in force since the implementation date on 30 July 2013 shall expire on 29 July 2023. All unexercised share options shall lapse on the date of expiry of the ESOS in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. Accordingly, the ESOS Committee established to administer the ESOS shall be dissolved on 29 July 2023. This announcement is dated 28 July 2023. |
