The Liquidators wish to inform that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had via its letter dated 30 November 2016 approved CLIQ’s application for waiver from complying with the following provision of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR"):

(1)       Paragraph 9.51(1) of the LR pertaining to the announcement of the half yearly financial report for the financial period ended 30 September 2016;

(2)       Paragraph 8.10 of the LR pertaining to the submission of the semi-annual return as at 31 December 2016; and

(3)       Paragraph 9.23(1) of the LR pertaining to the issuance of the annual report for the financial year ending 31 March 2017
