We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 21 September 2020, 20 October 2020, 6 January 2021, 15 January 2021, 4 March 2021, 5 April 2021, 11 June 2021, 30 August 2021, 5 October 2021, 16 December 2021, 21 April 2022 and also the continuous updates reported of the abovementioned material litigation in the respective quarterly results in respect of the suit filed by Gabungan AQRS Berhad and Trusvest Sdn Bhd (“the Plaintiffs”) against Mr Bernard Lim Soon Chiang (“Defendant”).

The Company wishes to announce that the Company’s solicitors attended hearing on 5 July 2023 for its application to amend its Statement of Claim ("Amendment Application”). The Court allowed 4 of the 5 amendments sought by the Company, with RM5,000-00 costs awarded in favour of the Defendant.

The Court has also fixed the next case management on 1 September 2023 to update the Court on the status of the amended pleadings. The new trial date is now fixed in May 2024.

The Company will make further announcements from time to time in respect of any material development of this matter.
