We wish to announce that the HSI-HK3 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2023 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Level of 18,916.00 was determined based on the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is higher than HSI-HK3's Exercise Level of 17,400.00, holders of HSI-HK3 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-HK3 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-HK3 shall terminate absolutely.
