On behalf of the Board of Directors of Polydamic, we wish to inform that BDO Capital Consultants Sdn Bhd will cease to act as the Continuing Adviser for the Company effective 1 July 2023 as the Company has complied with Rule 3.12(1)(a) of LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
