Further to Listing Circular No. ILC-01032023-00030, kindly be advised that the above Company had on 28 June 2023 submitted its quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 December 2022 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for public release.
However, please be advised that the trading suspension on the shares of the Company will continue in view that the Company has also been suspended due to its failure to submit its quarterly reports for the financial period ended 31 March 2023.
The suspension on trading will continue until further notice.
