The Board of Directors of LB Aluminium Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to propose a first and final single tier dividend of 2.50 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2023 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the first and final dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly.
