Preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per Redeemable Preference Share ("RPS") payable semi-annually in arrears and pro-rated for the period covering 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 28 Jun 2023
2)  The last date of lodgment : 30 Jun 2023
3)  Date Payable : 20 Jul 2023

Remarks :

In accordance with the Constitution of Insas Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per RPS payable semi-annually in arrears. This preferential dividend of 1.8844% per RPS is pro-rated for the period covering 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023.
