On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), SJ Securities Sdn Bhd (“SJ Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company has today received a letter from its major shareholder, Mr Soon Seng Teck requesting the Board to consider undertaking the Proposed Transfer of Listing (“Proposal Letter”). Pursuant to the Proposal Letter, the Board (save for Mr Soon Seng Teck) will deliberate on the Proposed Transfer of Listing. Further announcement on the above will be made in due course.
