The Company wishes to announce that the ESOS of FLBHD which had been in force since the implementation date on 11 June 2018 shall expire on 10 June 2023.
All unexercised share options shall lapse on the date of expiry of the ESOS in accordance with the terms of the ESOS's By-Laws.
