The Board of Directors of Metro wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval in respect of the Proposed Adoption of new Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company”) at the Extraordinary General Meeting.


The Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company is mainly to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer of Listing.


A circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company will be announced and published on the Company’s website in due course.
