We wish to announce that MYEG-C3V expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 April 2023 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM0.7962 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MYEG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MYEG-C3V's Exercise Price of RM0.85, holders of MYEG-C3V will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MYEG-C3V will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MYEG-C3V shall terminate absolutely.
