Dato Ow Chee Cheoon will be retiring as the Executive Director and Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer effective 28 April 2023. As one of the founders of the Company, Dato Ow has been an integral part of the Group since its listing on Bursa Malaysia in July 2012. His contributions have been instrumental in our achievements and we are grateful for his service. Dato Ows retirement is in line with the implementation of the Groups Succession Planning Policy which is an essential aspect of our next phase of business strategy to strengthen the organisation by attracting and retaining capable individuals to turn the Group into a professionally-run organisation.
