The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 30 June. The rationale for the change of financial year is to facilitate better audit planning and allocation of resources to avoid the peak financial reporting period. The next set of audited financial statements will be made up from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024, which covers a period of eighteen (18) months.
