The Board of Directors of Matrix wishes to announce that Matrix Parking Solution Sdn. Bhd. (“MPSSB”) [Registration No. 200601019569 (739322-M)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Matrix, had on 23 March 2023 received a letter of appointment dated 23 March 2023 [Reference No. LOA/BDB/CONSULTANT/MPSSB/03/2023] (“LOA”) from BDB Rock Mineral Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as BDB Construction Sdn. Bhd.) [Registration No. 199601001370 (373716-P)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina Darulaman Berhad [Registration No. 199501003751 (332945-X)] (“BDB”) to manage the entire cashless payment system at the PT No. 279, 286 and 289 at Bandar Padang Mat Sirat, 07000 Langkawi, Kedah during the Asean Food Garden and Airventure Food Festival from 1 May 2023 to 31 May 2023 and the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) 2023 event from 23 May 2023 to 27 May 2023, subject to the terms and condition as described in the LOA that governs the contractual agreement between MPSSB and BDB.
