1. INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of Infomina is pleased to announce that Infomina had received the Acceptance Letter, which is dated 29 March 2023, from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“SSM”) for the Appointment today.

2. DETAILS OF THE APPOINTMENT

The Appointment is to appoint Infomina to provide a platform to the SSM to facilitate the public to search, extract and purchase data on companies and businesses registered with the SSM. The Appointment is for a period of six (6) years commencing from 31 March 2023 to 30 March 2029 (“Period”).

Infomina will charge service fee, which will be based on the actual consumption of the platform, in according to the Appointment.

3. RISK FACTOR

The risk factors associated with the Acceptance Letter are the same as those presently faced by Infomina as a technology service provider.

4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The Appointment is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Infomina Group over the Period.

5.INTEREST OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THEM

The acceptance of the Appointment is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of the Company.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of Infomina and/or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Acceptance Letter.
