We wish to announce that MYEG-C3P expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2023 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM0.7189 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MYEG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MYEG-C3P's Exercise Price of RM0.75, holders of MYEG-C3P will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MYEG-C3P will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MYEG-C3P shall terminate absolutely.
