DOLMITE - CONTINUED SUSPENSION

Kindly be advised that the above Company has failed to submit its 4th Quarterly Report for the financial period ended 31 December 2022 ("4th QR 2022") to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe pursuant to Paragraph 9.22(1) of Bursa Securities' Main Market Listing Requirements ("Main LR").

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(5) of the Main LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframe as stated in Paragraph 9.22 of the Main LR ("Relevant Timeframe") (the last day of the 5 market days is referred to as "Suspension Deadline"), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline.

In view of the above, and in the event that the Company is unable to submit the 4th QR 2022 on or before 7 March 2023, the trading in the above Company's shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 8 March 2023 until further notice. However, as the Company's shares have been suspended from trading since 13 October 2022 in view of the Winding Up Order against the Company,  the suspension of trading will continue until further notice.

Further, please note that pursuant to Paragraph 9.28 (6) of the Main LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 6 months from the expiry of the relevant timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, delisting procedures shall be commenced against such listed issuer.
