The Closing Price of RM4.7111 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GENTING shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than GENTINGC2C's Exercise Price of RM4.80, holders of GENTINGC2C will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GENTINGC2C will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the GENTINGC2C shall terminate absolutely.
